Description:
It is mainly used for the front end of the SMT production line, and the full-frame PCB board is transmitted to the back process one by one through the material frame, with the function of automatic board loading.
Performance characteristics:
1) The control system adopts PLC control with Ethernet port, the operation interface adopts touch screen, and is equipped with standard SMEMA signal port.
2) The lifting structure adopts the motor lifting setting, and the effective setting step distance can be selected as; 10mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm.
3) The upper board adopts a cylinder with a push rod protection function to ensure that the PCB will not be pushed.
4) The frame inlet and outlet mode is adopted, which effectively shortens the frame change time.
5) Optionally equipped with reverse feeding board to prevent dust generated during the feeding process from falling off the lower PCB board.
6) The equipment is equipped with a dust cover to prevent dust from falling off the frame PCB.
7) The device is equipped with automatic width adjustment, and the whole line is adjusted with one button.
