Process Workflow

Application:

The CY-1000X automatic water-based mesh cleaning machine is an environmentally friendly cleaning equipment with rapid cleaning, high cleaning integration and compact structure.

Equipment features:

• Automatic cleaning mode: The screen plate is thrown up and down, and at the same time, the high-pressure spraying and heating of the cleaning liquid of the spraying system can make the screen plate be automatically cleaned, rinsed and dried in all directions;
• Visualization of the whole process: visualize the window and LED light device, and the cleaning process is clear at a glance;
• The most scientific nozzle design (patented): 8 spray arms are used for left and right distribution – completely solve the cleaning blind area, and the spray arms and nozzles can be removed;
